What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to the Head of Resilience & Integrity Operations, you’ll work across all levels of the business and with external partners to uplift organisational resilience and coordinate real-time incident responses. The role is responsible for designing and delivering awareness programs, frameworks, and response exercises that embed CEM as a business-as-usual activity. The Manager also provides subject matter expertise during real-time incidents and recovery efforts, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key government and industry agencies.

You’Ll Also

  • Design and deliver training, awareness and testing programs to uplift CEM maturity, response effectiveness and preparedness
  • Provide subject matter expertise during major incidents, supporting real-time response and post-incident performance reviews
  • Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise CEM tools to support disruption event coordination
  • Drive innovation and improvement in CEM practices through consultation, evaluation and strategic alignment

About you
You’re a calm and strategic leader with a passion for preparedness and resilience. You thrive in high-pressure environments, bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, and are confident representing Australia Post with external emergency services and regulators. You’re collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering outcomes that protect our people and communities.

You’Ll Also Need

  • Proven experience in corporate crisis and emergency management
  • Knowledge of ISO 22361:2022 and critical infrastructure requirements
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across complex organisations
  • Proven experience in developing training and testing regimes at all levels
  • Experience representing organisations with external emergency services and regulators
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional quotient in all circumstances

How we’ll deliver for you

  • Be part of a team that’s shaping the future of emergency response and business resilience
  • Access to professional development and learning opportunities
  • Flexible work arrangements and a culture that supports wellbeing
