Your Role
As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. Your passion for retail and ability to deliver a first-class service during each interaction will make you an essential part of our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
- Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
About You:
- Strong communication and interpretation skills
- A customer first mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Passion for retail and delivering high standards in everything you do
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts

What’S Next
As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
