Where You’Ll Make A Difference

• Lead the development and execution of the Site Project Portfolio, including Minor and Major capital projects.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership, Project Sponsors, and Divisional Engineering to align project objectives with business goals.
• Guide engineering design practices, ensuring robust data and value-improving solutions.
• Oversee process safety and ensure EHS standards are embedded in all designs.
• Supervise internal and external project managers, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Integrate capital execution processes with site procedures and ensure quality FEL (Front-End Loading) deliverables.
• Manage construction safety and execution, ensuring zero injuries and timely delivery.
• Evaluate project economics and funding requests, ensuring alignment with governance policies.
• Drive constructability reviews and ensure contractor adherence to scope and schedule.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Proven experience in capital project management and engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and control systems.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management and EHS standards.
• Skilled in financial modeling, capital budgeting, and SAP systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in training and developing engineering talent.
• Strong understanding of construction safety and execution planning.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
