We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help elevate our brand across channels. This role blends strategy with execution: you’ll be equally comfortable managing social media calendars as you are refining website UX, engaging with UGC creators, and shaping email campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (static, video, reels, stories).
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and foster brand advocacy.
- Identify, engage, and manage UGC creators and influencer partnerships.
- Website & Digital Experience
- Audit, refine, and update website content to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Collaborate on design improvements and UX updates to optimise customer journeys.
- Work with web developers or use CMS tools to implement updates.
- Email Marketing & CRM
- Plan and execute email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and re-engagement flows.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise for deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics & Growth
- Track, analyse, and report on performance across all digital channels.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for innovation.
- Stay across industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
What You’Ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or social media.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills (visual + written).
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, and website CMS.
- Basic design and editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A proactive, organised, and creative approach to problem-solving.
Scope
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Australian Eastern Time business hours
- Focus on single brand (allergy management and prevention products)
