The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving e-commerce sales growth by building and executing digital marketing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers. This role requires expertise across multiple digital channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about leveraging marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase online sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Sales Growth: Drive measurable growth in online revenue by creating strategies that convert traffic into paying customers on our e-commerce platform.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and retargeting to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve website and product page performance through A/B testing, CRO best practices, and data-driven insights.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs (conversion rates, AOV, ROAS) and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
- Lead Generation & Retention: Implement digital funnels and remarketing campaigns to generate new leads and re-engage existing customers for repeat sales.
- Content & Messaging: Collaborate with internal teams to develop product-focused messaging, ad copy, and creative that drives conversions.
- Budget Management: Allocate advertising spend to maximize e-commerce sales growth while ensuring strong ROI.
- Market Research: Track customer behavior, competitor strategies, and digital trends to continuously refine sales growth tactics.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth and lead generation through multi-channel digital marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid digital channels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
- Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate marketing performance into business impact.
- Creative problem solver with experience in scaling marketing programs for growth.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations.
- Experience in B2B or trade/construction industries with a focus on electrification.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends (AI in marketing, performance marketing platforms, influencer marketing).
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting digital marketing spend.
