Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Join a thriving pool safety company as the digital marketing cornerstone, leading the growth of their online presence. You’ll manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, combining creative organic content with high-performing paid advertising strategies. This role offers diverse experience in both B2C marketing (reaching safety-conscious parents) and B2B marketing (connecting with reseller partners). With the owner committed to unlimited marketing spend based on trackable results, you’ll have the freedom and resources to implement innovative strategies while making a real impact in child safety.



Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with conversion tracking and ROI optimization
  • Create organic content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Houzz, Nextdoor, Pinterest, Twitter/X, Yelp, Google Business, and YouTube
  • Build and manage content calendars for consistent brand presence across all platforms
  • Implement conversion tracking and provide detailed ROI reporting
  • Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize campaigns
  • Manage community engagement, responding to inquiries and interacting with followers
  • Conduct influencer outreach and establish strategic brand partnerships
  • Join relevant groups and communities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Produce compelling visual and written content highlighting pool safety products and services
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner via screen sharing for strategy development
  • Manage both B2C campaigns for pool owners and B2B campaigns for reseller acquisition


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (portfolio required)
  • Familiarity with niche platforms like Houzz and Nextdoor preferred
  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or safety industries is a plus
  • Strong expertise in conversion tracking and analytics platforms
  • Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and generate detailed reports
  • Experience creating engaging content that drives conversions
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills for community management and customer engagement
  • Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours for real-time collaboration
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously
  • Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach
