Job Description: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Operations Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team and play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy while supporting operational efficiency. This position offers unique exposure to both traditional bookkeeping practices and specialized manufacturing data systems, providing diverse experience that will enhance your professional skill set. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations and financial statement processing
- Execute precise data entry for financial records and business transactions
- Manage specialized manufacturing data entry into industry-specific software systems
- Process and organize critical financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate in developing comprehensive training guides and operational processes
- Maintain accurate records across multiple integrated software platforms
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (Priority given to Australian experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks
- Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping principles and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
