Site Engineer – Data Center Operations

Your Role

We are seeking a Site Engineer I to join our Data Center Operations team. This entry-level role plays a critical part in maintaining the infrastructure of our high-performance data centers to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency. You will be involved in maintenance, surveillance, and testing of all installed assets, helping ensure we meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

This role may be part of a 24/7 shift rotation and requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

What You’Ll Do:

• Assist with maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and safety systems.
• Monitor site operations, perform inspections, and respond to incidents.
• Support senior engineers and coordinate with external contractors.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and SLA standards.
• Complete documentation and execute operational procedures (MOPs, CRs, EOPs).
• Participate in on-call shifts and contribute to site improvement projects.

What You’Ll Need:

• Experience in data center or facility operations 
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems
• Familiarity with building management and security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on approach with customer focus
• Proficient in English and Croatian 
• Valid B category driving license
• Proficiency in MS tools
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights/weekends if required
