Overview of the Role and Team
Head Digital Transformation for Finance is a transformative leadership role within Logitech’s Operations Solutions organization, part of the wider Digital Office, supporting multiple teams and functions within the Finance Organization. This position is integral to enhancing Logitech’s financial operations globally by driving digitization, optimizing business processes, and enabling operational excellence.
As the dedicated technology enabler and strategic partner for Logitech’s Finance organization, this leader will manage cutting-edge solutions, harmonize financial workflows, and ensure scalable technology investments that align with business goals.
Your Contribution

1. Strategic Finance Enablement
- Lead technology-first solutions for the Finance organization that streamline workflows, reduce complexity, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with Finance leaders to deliver innovative tools that meet business requirements while optimizing existing technology investments.
- Manage and execute an actionable technology roadmap in partnership with IT product owners and the Finance decision-makers.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, financial systems, and digital solutions to create scalable and harmonized processes.
2. Technology Leadership
- Oversee the company’s Finance technology stack, including key platforms such as Oracle ERP, Onestream Financial Planning, Anaplan, and Channel Revenue Management.
- Set the strategic vision for the selection, integration, and governance of new technologies, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Bring industry thought leadership to the Finance leadership team, proposing meaningful solutions for innovation and efficiency in financial operations.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Build deep, strategic relationships with Logitech’s Finance leadership staff and act as a trusted partner to identify and define opportunities for value creation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by bridging Finance, IT, operations, and external vendor teams to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
- Champion change management efforts to inspire adoption and ensure transformation success across diverse teams.
4. Performance Management & Business Impact
- Define goals, benefit KPIs, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics for new technology capability implementations.
- Track and analyze the impact of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Review prototypes and solution blueprints to ensure alignment with Finance business needs and objectives.
5. Operational Excellence
- Monitor and manage the budget utilization for Finance technology investments, ensuring resources are allocated strategically for maximum business value.
- Collaborate on post-implementation strategies for financial systems, ensuring sustainability, scalability, and effortless user experiences.
- Leverage vendor relationships to maximize the value from external partnerships and tools for Finance solutions.
Your Qualifications

- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage and influence senior executives across multiple lines of business, driving alignment and value creation.
- Technology Roadmap Development: Industry experience in mapping business needs to technology architecture and defining roadmaps that enable transformational outcomes.
- Change Management Expertise: Strong ability to inspire, manage change, and implement digital-first solutions that support Finance leadership goals.
- Communication and Stakeholder Influence: Clear, persuasive communication skills that help build bridges across functions and inspire action.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex cross-functional challenges and execute critical priorities.
- Project and Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage technology initiatives using platforms like Asana or Monday, ensuring accountability and ongoing progress.
- Performance Outcome Focus: Deep understanding of performance measurement methodology and creating SMART KPIs to track digital transformation success.

Educational and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Business Process Optimization (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
