Tesco Czech Republic  •  Hybrid  •  Full-Time  •  Apply by 30-Nov-2025 About the role Product manager participates in definition of long-term strategies of technology Products, maintain Products backlog, moderate discussions on delivery prioritization, collect business requirements and prepares them for Continuous improvement and Project delivery in a short iterative and incremental development. He/she coordinates (or participates in) delivery lifecycle with the vendor (external development) and business team (Finance) for analyzing the requirements, writing functional designs, testing, and supporting on technology level. This role requires strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements that support our colleagues and help serve customers better. As a Disability Confident Employer, we’re committed to providing a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process, allowing candidates the opportunity to thrive and inform us of any reasonable adjustments they may require.    If that sounds exciting, then we'd love to hear from you!  You will be responsible for As a Product Manager in our Finance Tech team, you will: o Own and evolve internal finance-facing products in area of stock ledger, invoice matching and accounting. o Work closely with Finance teams, internal Engineers, Vendors, and other Product Managers in our team and beyond. o Shape product strategy and drive outcomes, whether via agile sprints, kanban, or broader project initiatives. o Keep the product backlog sharp in JIRA, lead grooming and prioritization sessions. o Be the go-to expert on your product, understand user needs, gather feedback, and turn ideas into features. o Stay close to your customers from internal Finance teams, keep great understanding of business use cases/processes. o Cooperate closely on project deliveries with Programme team. o Champion continuous improvement and help define OKRs that actually mean something. o Translate business needs into technology user stories and make sure everyone is on the same page. o Join technical discussions, support testing, training, and rollout. o Build strong relationships across teams and vendors. o Share your knowledge and help shape our product culture. o Ensure the right value is delivered at the right time. You will need o Experience with Technology Product management or Project management in an Agile environment.o Finance area experience is highly beneficial.o Experience in product or project management, Agile is your playground. o Bonus points for finance or retail tech know-how. o Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. o You’re organized, proactive, and strong in a fast-changing environment. o You speak fluent English and aren’t afraid to travel now and then. o You know your way around software delivery and stakeholder management.
