Job Description
Job Summary
Develop and implement Medicare broker distribution strategies and tactics. Responsible for establishing, developing and implementing National and Regional Medicare Distribution relationships along with the infrastructure and processes necessary to support of established broker growth initiatives.
  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Responsible for Membership Goals (Sales & Retention) assigned to broker distribution.
• Develop and implement a distribution strategy for Medicare encompassing National, Regional and Local distribution partners
• Develop and implement growth strategies for external distribution
• Coordinate with Broker Servicing Unit to ensure their ability to support growth and retention strategies
• Develop, implement and carry out 1, 3 and 5 year broker channel growth plans in coordination with National Sales Leader.
  Job Qualifications

Required Education
Bachelor's degree
Required Experience
5+ Years Medicare Distribution management and Development
Preferred Education
MBA
