As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Operations Officer.

The position of Sales Operations Officer is crucial for the efficient functioning of a company's sales department. This role combines administrative, analytical, and technical responsibilities, aiming to support the sales team and enhance its productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
  • Provide the sales team with actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and Salesforce CRM tools
  • Oversee, document, and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Collections, Legal, HR, Training, and all sales channels
  • Manage pricing strategies and discount structures to support business objectives
  • Contribute to projects and automation initiatives, including testing and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational or structured sales environment
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C commercial processes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) for actionable insights
  • Strong capability in developing reports and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of key sales KPIs to drive performance

  • Capacity to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
