The Role
We’re hiring a Motion Graphics & Video Editor who blends design, editing, and storytelling to create thumb-stopping ads that convert. You’ll take concepts from storyboard to final cut—mixing crisp editing, kinetic typography, 2D/3D graphics, and strong design sense.
What You’ll Do

Edit and animate high-impact short-form ads (5–30s) for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display.
Produce multiple versions (hooks, CTAs, languages, formats) for rapid A/B testing against CTR, CAC, ROAS, and watch-time.
Integrate graphics with live-action footage—compositing, tracking, and blending 2D/3D for stronger storytelling.
Design branded assets (style frames, icon sets, transitions, lower thirds) to keep content fresh and consistent.
Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign goals.
Spot trends early—adapt meme formats, cultural moments, and platform effects into new ad styles.
Maintain organized workflows—naming conventions, version control, and libraries to speed up iteration.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years editing and designing short-form ads or social content.
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects + Premiere Pro (essential); DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D are a plus.
Graphic design expertise: typography, color, layout, and mobile-first composition.
Ability to connect creativity with performance data—translating metrics (CTR, watch-time, thumb-stop) into design and editing tweaks.
Portfolio/reel with at least 5 social ads showing both design and editing strength.
Good English communication.
