Job Description
As an Information Security Analyst within the Security Integration, Engagement & Metrics team, you’ll play a key role in connecting global stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting knowledge-sharing across regions. You’ll be the go-to person for internal service consumers, acting as a trusted point of contact between them and the Eurofins Group Security. Your work will directly contribute to the health and success of our security services, helping us deliver high-quality support and maintain strong relationships.
Your day-to-day will involve analysing data, maintaining dashboards, and creating reports that help us understand and improve our security initiatives. You’ll interpret complex information and turn it into clear, actionable insights that are easy to understand, even for non-technical audiences. You’ll also help draft communications, organise meetings, and contribute to internal platforms like SharePoint, making sure everyone stays informed and aligned.
Beyond reporting and coordination, you’ll support operational activities such as tracking risks, preparing onboarding materials, and monitoring progress on global initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions based on data trends and feedback.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, motivated, and eager to grow in the field of information technology and security. If you’re currently studying or have completed a degree in Information Security, IT, Management, or Finance - whether at a bachelor’s or master’s level - you’re already on a great path. But don’t worry if your background is a little different; we value diverse experiences and perspectives.
To thrive in this role, the most important skill is the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and verbal. You’ll be working with global teams and stakeholders, so expressing ideas in a structured, professional, and approachable way is essential.
In terms of technical skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel - especially pivot tables, formulas, and charts - is very helpful, as is experience with PowerPoint and Word. If you’ve worked with ITIL or have an interest in project management or translating technical topics into business language, that would be a bonus. We also appreciate a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
We believe soft skills are just as important. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, enjoys solving problems, and feels comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, likes collaborating with others, and is always looking for ways to grow, this could be a great fit for you.
Even if you don’t have years of experience, we welcome candidates who’ve had any exposure to analytical or customer-facing roles, such as working as an analyst or an IT support technician. What matters most is your ability to think critically, make thoughtful decisions, and handle challenges with confidence and care.
If you’re unsure whether you meet all the requirements, please don’t let that hold you back. We encourage you to apply and explore the opportunity.
