Full Time

This role supports physicians and advanced practice providers throughout the onboarding process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • License Verification

  • Management of provider credentialing and CAQH information
  • Review of malpractice claims
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new providers

The role also involves developing and maintaining protocols for requesting and collecting credentialing information, ensuring accurate data entry into the centralized credentialing database, and obtaining necessary documentation from third parties to complete credentialing and privileging processes. This position acts as a liaison between new providers and HR, Enrollment, service lines, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Schedule

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Option to start as early as 7:00 AM
  • Remote work permitted, with required attendance at onsite meetings as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to credentialing and privileging processes (preferred)
  • May require a valid Indiana driver’s license with proof of insurance
