As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager - Civil to join our upcoming projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Construction Manager - Civil is responsible for the direction and control of all construction activities on New Energy projects to ensure the achievement of the Company’s profit objectives.
You will perform the responsibilities:
- Direct and control site construction activities on the project to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety, and performance are observed and that time schedules are met.
- Plan and stage construction works, as well as new works.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, commercial, quality, material handling and expediting logistic functions to ensure construction activities can take place immediately once on site.
- Ensure sufficient resources (equipment and people) are provided on a project so that it can be delivered safely.
- Monitor the physical and financial progress of work.
- Degree qualifications or equivalent in Civil Engineering with extensive experience relevant to the responsibilities of the position
- Extensive construction experience with working on Renewable or Utilities projects.
- .Construction Card along with a current and valid driver’s license.
- Equivalent construction tickets and safety certifications
- Knowledge of OHS and Environmental legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards as they apply to the construction industry.
