Lead Assistant Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Data Scientist who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and deploying machine learning solutions into production. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, and data engineering , along with hands-on experience in model deployment (ML Ops) . Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive solutions. Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world use cases (classification, regression, NLP, recommendation, etc.). Deploy ML models into production using ML Ops best practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring). Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust and scalable data pipelines. Perform feature engineering, model validation, and A/B testing. Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability over time. Document processes, create reproducible workflows, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical teams.
