Summary:

Join our Core Bazel Team to lead modernization efforts, architect scalable solutions, and improve developer experience across our large-scale monorepo. You’ll mentor teams, share best practices, and tackle technical challenges in a complex codebase, all while shaping the future of our build systems. Ideal candidates have deep Bazel expertise, experience with large monorepos, and a passion for developer tooling. 

What You'Ll Do

• Lead our Bazel modernization strategy, leveraging the latest features and best practices.
• Architect scalable solutions that enhance developer productivity and experience.
• Mentor and share knowledge with internal teams to strengthen long-term capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to define patterns and standards that work at scale.
• Navigate technical challenges within a complex, mature codebase.

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in modern Bazel versions and features.
• Proven experience with large-scale monorepos and complex build systems.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Passion for build system architecture, developer tooling, and optimizing workflows.
