HR Generalist

Epta Multinational company leader in the referigeration sector for the Retail, Food & Beverage and HO.RE.CA Sector, its looking for:

HR GENERALIST for our Solesino Plant

Support the HR function in implementing strategies designed to foster professional development at Epta. Act as a strategic partner to the business by collaborating with line managers to set priorities, champion values, and deliver business results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR consulting as needed.
• Ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Analyze employee administrative requests.
• Manage administrative communications with public bodies and institutions (hires, terminations, and changes).
• Collect and transmit payroll inputs to the external consultant.
• Handle the administrative management of wage garnishments, loans, and salary assignments.
• Analyze absenteeism and compensation.
• Assist line managers in handling organizational, people, and change-related issues.
• Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance.
• Provide advice and suggestions for cultural initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
• Implement HR management interventions related to employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
• Collaborate with management and staff to resolve conflicts and help foster positive employee relations, maintain a good work environment, boost morale, and reduce unwanted turnover.
• Advise line managers on the implementation and interpretation of company policies and procedures related to employee relations. This advice will cover general terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, dismissals, maternity leave, etc.
• Administer employee holidays and sick leave.
• Update the HR database (Oracle).

Requirement:

Professional experience in the role or similar: 3-4 years; We positively evaluate brilliant recent graduates with a Master's degree in Human Resources.

Languages: English is mandatory, (Spanish, German, French is considered a plus)
