Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Work Study and Time Study methods, including Yamazumi to analyze line performance.
• Identify and solve production issues related to Work Study and facilitate a smooth production process.
• Actively get involved in preparing skill development plans for operators, motivating all team members and team leaders to achieve the desired productivity and skill levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with the safety procedures and 5S.

Knowledge And Skills

• An undergraduate or a diploma holder in Textile and Apparel field or National Diploma in Textile background.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT literacy.
