What’S The Role?

We’re looking for a senior risk leader to embed and uplift risk management practices across our Fraud and Scams teams. You’ll be the primary BCM contact for the business, responsible for ensuring controls are fit-for-purpose, risks are well understood, and governance is strong.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide incident management, control design, risk analysis, and reporting. You’ll also represent BCM in key forums and help drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney. 
• What do I need?
• We’re looking for someone who brings:
• Extensive experience in operational risk, audit, or advisory
• Strong understanding of fraud and scams risk, governance, and control frameworks 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills 
• Proven ability to lead risk culture initiatives and influence outcomes 
• Experience with risk systems, reporting, and change management 
• A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking
