Join us as an Account Executive and become an integral part of our Business Development team. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll take ownership of key sales support activities, from creating and managing tenders in our CRM system to coordinating pricing and assisting Development Managers with multi-site opportunities. You’ll act as the first point of contact for customer and internal queries, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining compliance processes such as Know Your Customer documentation, verifying contract signatures, and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date. You’ll also monitor and manage the sales inbox, provide information to support sales reporting and forecasting, and proactively suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine strong organisational skills with a focus on customer service, helping the Business Development team concentrate on growth while you drive the smooth running of sales operations.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Experience in a sales operations, sales support, or account executive/administrator role;
  • Experience using CRM platforms for managing customer data, creating reports, and supporting sales processes;
  • Familiarity with generating or supporting reports with experience using excel for reporting, data management etc;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to multiple stakeholders, and prioritise effectively.

What does hybrid working mean to us?

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
