Shop|Tokopedia - Risk Control Strategy Operation (Account Security)

The Risk Control & Security team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for both buyers and sellers. As Senior Risk Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for building, scaling, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Accurately respond to escalations in a timely manner, by analysing the escalations using internal tools and working with other stakeholders to confirm the findings
- Perform periodic reports on the latest account security cases and issues existing on the platform
- Strategise and work with the product team to create solutions / tools that protect the platform from ATO and scams, such as social engineering, session hijacking, phishing, and other malicious behaviours
- Establish policies that protect users and the platform from ATO and scams by working with external stakeholders
- Design and communicate education initiatives to increase user awareness of security
- Work with cross-functional teams on driving critical projects to address risk and fraud problems on the platform
