Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station and remember the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs on Fridays and Saturdays.

We're on the lookout for a Conference & Events Operations Supervisor who’s ready to take centre stage and ensure every event, meeting, and celebration is nothing short of extraordinary. Whether it's a luxury banquet, high-profile conference, or intimate gathering — you’ll be the one making it happen behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
This is no desk job! You'll be on the floor, leading by example and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Here’s a taste of what your day might look like:
- Inspire and lead the events team with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach.
- Make smart decisions on the fly, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless, next-level events — from AV and F&B to Front Office and beyond.
- Support and coach the team, helping them grow while keeping standards sky-high.
- Constantly look for ways to improve processes and elevate guest experiences.
What you bring to the table
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Senior Waiter, Team Leader, or similar role within Banqueting or Events.
- A background in a 5-star hotel or high-end venue — you know what premium service looks like.
- Confidence using systems like Delphi and Micros.
- A natural team player and motivator who’s all about collaboration and positivity.
- Cool under pressure, solutions-focused, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves
