As a HR Intern in Peru, you’ll support employees and managers by responding to inquiries, performing basic HR transactions, and helping ensure updates are implemented smoothly. You’ll guide users through shared services and tools, upload employee records, and contribute to process documentation and vendor coordination. This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience with HR systems, develop a practical understanding of employee support and data privacy, and build confidence in navigating workplace tools and policies. Flexible work options may be available, including partial work-from-home arrangements depending on team needs.

Responsibilities
- Manage and verify employee data in the Human Resources Information System, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain HR documentation and records, including process guides, desktop procedures, and employee files.
- Support employees and managers by responding to routine HR inquiries and guiding them through shared services and tools.
- Assist with process improvements and vendor coordination, helping ensure smooth service delivery and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Coordinate local trainings and employee engagement activities, supporting logistics, communications, and execution to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (Rqs)
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or masters program in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) at an intermediate or higher level.
Preferred Qualifications (Pqs)
- Basic understanding of the Peruvian labor market and employment laws.
