Job Description

Lektronix A Rockwell Automation Business Is Launching New Recruitment Process!

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the South West region of Poland (Lower Silesia, Greater Poland, Lubusz Voivodeships). You will re-establish customer engagement and drive revenue growth in a strategically important area.

You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement the regional sales strategy to meet the assigned revenue target.

You will work in hybrid model of work combining client visits (>80% of time) and work from home with occasional visits in the office in Katowice.

You will report directly to Sales Manager - Lektronix.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with national goals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of main accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  • Collaborate with other teams (marketing, product, customer service) to provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting
  • Represent us at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales in industrial automation or a related sector
  • Experience with the South West Poland market and customer landscape
  • Willingnes to meet goals and target on the daily basis
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel within the region

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Industrial automation, manufacturing (FMCG, Packaging ect) or related sector knowledge and experience
  • Relevant University Degree
