Project 500 ACRJob Summary:
This role is to support agency growth by performing post onboarding monitoring requirements on Prudential’s financial representatives, to ensure proper sales behavior, as well as meeting both internal and regulatory requirements.
Job Descriptions:
1. Persistency Monitoring
- Monthly tracking of persistency levels of identified policies.
- Provide monthly reports to internal stakeholder where applicable.
2. Replacement of Policy
- Support operational matters related to Replacement of Policy process.
- Perform monitoring and analysis to identify adverse trend in replacement of policies.
- 3. Fit & Proper Assessment
- Support the ad-hoc and annual declaration exercise by reviewing submitted declarations and perform Fit & Proper assessment in accordance to prevailing internal framework.
- Prepare Fit & Proper assessment report with appropriate monitoring conditions and escalate for approval.
4. Others
- Work together in project team, including putting up of work requests and participating in UAT testing.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks or reviews as directed by Lead, Conduct Risk and Head, Distribution Risk.

- Strong inter-personal and communication skills

- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
- Experience in regulatory reporting, risk and compliance will be an added advantage
Education:
- Degree in any preferably in Business, Compliance, and/or Finance related fields
