Program Manager, Supply Chain, Transformation and Strategy, Google Cloud

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
• 10 years of experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development or manufacturing environment.
• Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvements, using excellent investigative and communication skills, and ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
• Ability to identify and implement processes and manage strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent problem solving skills and business acumen.
• Ability to customize communications based on the audience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive NPI deployment and quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity and first pass yields.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine deployment improvement activities into program roadmaps.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advocate change management for its integration into Hardware deployment and quality transformation.
