Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- 10 years of experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development or manufacturing environment.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements, using excellent investigative and communication skills, and ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to identify and implement processes and manage strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent problem solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to customize communications based on the audience.

As Google Cloud continues to scale, this team’s work will contribute to the ongoing product, process and capability growth to ensure Google can continue to meet market and goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive NPI deployment and quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity and first pass yields.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine deployment improvement activities into program roadmaps.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advocate change management for its integration into Hardware deployment and quality transformation.
