Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with dynamic technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data center or mission critical facilities
- 5 years of experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure
- Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
- 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and agreements.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

In this role, you will be bringing our data centers to lif. You will manage various aspects of data center projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget while meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency. You will be passionate about technology and construction to gain valuable experience in a changing, innovative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate complex construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
