Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in network capacity planning, internet infrastructure, deployment planning or network protocols and network troubleshooting.
- 2 years of experience working with ISPs and peering.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, automation, workflow systems.
- Ability to design and facilitate the implementation of large-scale networking data centers.

- Manage large scale network projects with competing priorities while ensuring timelines are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of edge capacity delivery projects to support peering growth and performance requirements.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks specific to edge capacity delivery, such as hardware delays, site access issues, power constraints, and potential disruptions during upgrades.
- Understand and align project activities with the overall peering strategy and goals of the organization.
- Manage and drive the execution of peering projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
