Commercial Manager

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team! This person will own commercial projects and campaigns from ideation through to execution and analysis, covering all aspects of the commercial business. They will take accountability for ensuring delivery is on time, aligned with strategy, and contributes to a smooth player experience while hitting commercial targets.

Key Duties:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial projects and campaigns end-to-end
• Ensure onsite flow, promotions, and messaging are consistent with overall marketing and commercial strategy
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, CRM, Games and other stakeholders
• Take ownership of project timelines, priorities and stakeholder alignment
• Analyse performance of campaigns and projects, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Lead commercial support for brand launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring full delivery from concept to post-analysis

Experience:

• 2–5 years in commercial, campaign or product management/coordination (ideally in iGaming or online consumer products.
• Broad understanding of how CRM, Marketing, Product and Games tie together commercially
• Proven ability to take projects from idea to launch, with accountability for execution and analysis
• Strong organisational and cross-functional communication skills
• Commercially minded with experience using data and insights to improve conversion and player experience.
