We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Program and Project Management to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pune, MH - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Contributing to the success of the team by understanding the team OKRs, initiatives, and business objectives, writing and refining stories, and working with Engineering colleagues on story estimation.
• Active participation in agile delivery within the team by prioritizing at sprint planning, tracking progress through daily scrum calls, and contributing to all other agile ceremonies.
• Understanding client needs and our tax services, ensuring we facilitate a smooth tax onboarding process for clients and collect relevant tax data attributes to support the ongoing provision of services.
• Working closely with operational stakeholders, understanding their needs as they relate to system enhancements to support their processes, and addressing any system issues that arise requiring fixes.
