Are you driven by developing and leading technical and competent colleagues? At Lumera, we are now looking for a Client Services Manager who, with commitment and coaching, will lead application consultants and solution architects. You will have a central role in developing the services business and enabling team members to grow with Lumera.
What you will contribute with
We continue to grow and are now looking our team with a Client Services Manager within Global Services. You will have personnel responsibility for 15-20 Application Consultants and Solution Architects, staffing responsibility, conduct development dialogues, recruitment, onboard new employees, and much more. One of your most important goals is to enable employees to deliver and grow within Lumera with the right skills and commitment. You will be part of the management team for Client Services and are expected to contribute to the development of our services business.
Client Services is part of Lumera's delivery- and customer organization Global Services, which works with the implementation and management of our product and delivers services related to customers' business and business development. The work takes place in implementation projects and customer teams where specialists support the organization and customers broadly. Everyone works closely with our customers, as well as other internal divisions.
You report to Gitte Belander, Head of Client Services within Global Services.
Who Are You?
- You have documented experience as a manager with personnel and staffing responsibility, preferably from consulting or product companies.
- Experience working as a consultant within IT
- Experience from the Life and Pension industry, product companies, and agile organizations is highly meritorious
- You have an academic degree.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- You are a natural leader with great commitment and drive who inspires others. Additionally, you are a humble team player who loves to solve problems.
