Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE national high school graduate to join our team in an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to embrace new challenges.
 

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Cross-sell products & services and Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks/projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, processes, or client interactions.
- Identify issues and proposing solutions, often with the mentorship of more experienced colleagues
- Preparing simple reports or summaries
 

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies:
- High school graduates (UAE national).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
