Store Sales Manager (Bilingual - English and Spanish)

Blue Fig USA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Store Sales Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment
• Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards
• Lead by example to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in retail sales and store management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is a plus

Requirements

Education And/ Or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Salary/ Benefits:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
