Store Sales Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Blue Fig USA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Store Sales Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in telecommunications or electronics
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or management is a plus

Requirements

Education And/ Or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Salary/ Benefits:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
