Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Projects/Contract Hiring

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Strategy Group on a maximum term contract. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead high-impact contract recruitment and talent initiatives that directly support our enterprise-wide transformation and shape the future of our organisation.

As a trusted advisor to senior program and project delivery leaders, you’ll deliver innovative talent solutions that drive performance and cultural alignment. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex and high-profile recruitment campaigns, workforce planning, and strategic partnerships that strengthen our talent pipeline and position us for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for contract/contingent/temp roles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, cultural values, and tight timeframes.
• Manage communications with external recruitment partners and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value-for-money outcomes.
• Analyse and report on cost and contract compliance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

About You

• Proven expertise in delivering high velocity talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning services
• Strong vendor and contract management skills, with a track record of achieving performance outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at senior levels.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience in an MSP, temp agency or high-volume recruitment
• Exposure to QLD government or GGS/LocalBuy panel arrangements will be highly regarded.
