- $17.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose Of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Will be taught how to make buffers, perform protein assays, PCR, Western Blot, Confocal Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry
- Summarize experimental data, prepare charts, figures, and presentations.
- Opportunity to participate in a 10-week undergraduate research program to be held Summer 2026 and could potentially assist with the program. - (Essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate student with relevant coursework in Biology and other Biomedical Sciences.
- Preference will be given to current sophomores and juniors.
- Availability for work at least 8-12 hours per week to allow adequate time for training.
- Must be able to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Detail-oriented.
- Motivated to learn new biomedical research technical skills.
- Ability to work independently in performance of everyday tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous laboratory experience helpful but not required as training will be provided.
