Take your aviation security career to new heights! ISS is seeking an Assistant Airside Manager and CBS Operations at Brisbane Airport. In this dynamic role, you'll support the Terminal Operations Manager, build strong client partnerships and help deliver outstanding contract results.

About The Position:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll lead daily security operations, support staff performance and training, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence. You'll ensure security compliance, lead performance audits, and support Aviation Protection Officers to deliver top-tier service across screening and patrol operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
• Certificate II in Security Operations (including crowd control and monitoring)
• Current ASIC holder or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in aviation/security.
• Sound understanding of security protocols and aviation operational environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and planning skills.
• High personal integrity and ability to manage sensitive information and situations.
