Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end client compliance processes for OTC derivatives, including KYC, AML monitoring, and lifecycle information management
• Coordinate with IT, ops, compliance and other teams to systematize and automate pre-trade and post-trade OTC derivatives workflows
• Facilitate integration of trading & quotation, client management, and risk reporting systems across departments; assist in account configuration for clients and business users
• Conduct system operations analysis and new feature rollouts. Identify business needs, translate them into product requirements (PRDs), design UI wireframes, and optimize UX. Propose system enhancements, execute product iterations, and develop user manuals/promotional materials

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field from a renowned university
• Proficient in Office Suite and product design tools (e.g., Xmind); experience with SQL/Python for data analysis projects
• Quick learner with strong communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with acute user needs understanding and service-oriented attention
• Basic knowledge of OTC derivatives operations and regulations.
• Excellent documentation skills, diligence, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
• Relevant internships in financial institutions or product design preferred
• Proficiency in Python/SQL is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
