Position Details

• Location: TRS Warehouse Office, 5 N. Commerce Dr., Cincinnati, OH
• Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience) + annual bonus potential
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with weekly on-call rotation

What You’Ll Do

As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll take ownership of restoration projects from start to finish:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee carpentry work on sites
• Perform interior and exterior construction, repairs, and maintenance
• Order and coordinate materials
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and up to our high standards
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain carpentry tools

Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced carpenter who takes pride in your craft and is ready to lead. You bring:

• 2+ years of carpentry experience (finish carpentry a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and work with permits/inspections
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and climb for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
