Job Responsibilities
1) Daily transaction of Bulk shipment & ISO tanker orders
2) Warehouse sale order processing thru SAP.
3) Bond & HSS Transactions.
4) Download & upload the related docs from Customer portal.
5) Customer related, Cr / Dr notes ,Approval, Sending ,uploading.
6) Maintain the daily order tracker for Open & contract Po’s.
7) LR , Acknowledgement , Despatch Information & document to customer ,
8) Follow up with WH & on time despatch of materials.
9) Clean up quotation that are not converted & open orders clean up.
10) Inform customer about the shipping schedule & the status of deliveries.
11) Follow-up with SCM & procurement team & make on time for arrangements of Products.
12) Handling Job 7 & customer complaints.
