Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and reviewing PAM (Project Alignment Meeting) documentation, writing meeting minutes
• Checking the budget request with the Budget / Forecast - prior to PAM
• Support for APT (Automotive Planning Tool) upload
• Supporting the preparation of month end closing (reports, presentations)
• Support for reimbursements closing

Your Qualifications:

• Studies in Economics, Business Administration or comparable qualification
• First experience in Controlling or in similar area
• Experience in using MS Office
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication & team skills
• High level of initiative & assertiveness
