By building dashboards, automating workflows, and driving data-informed decisions, you’ll help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, preventing out of stocks, and optimizing allocation across channels.
What you'll be doing
- Collect, process, and integrate datasets from multiple sources, defining clear metric definitions and data contracts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and discoverability.
- Build BI-ready data models (dimensions, facts, semantic layers) that support scalable analytics and straightforward visualization.
- Analyze complex data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities; translate ambiguous business questions into measurable metrics and actionable insights.
- Develop trusted, reusable queries and self-serve analytical resources that empower partners to independently answer common questions.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and certified data sources that provide one version of the truth and enable consistent decision-making.
- Streamline recurring analyses by automating workflows through scripting, scheduling, and other scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals, prioritize analytical work, present findings in reviews, and influence decisions.
- Ensure data reliability through quality checks, monitoring, and documentation of runbooks and usage guidelines.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics engineering, with proven ability to deliver dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience automating workflows and recurring analyses using Excel (Power Query, VBA) and/or scripting (Python).
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations through strong analytical and storytelling skills.
We care about you
- You will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package.
- Endless opportunities for personal and professional growth in a fast-growing start-up.
- A generous PTO policy that allows you the time you need to recharge.
- A role where your strategies and decisions directly influence the company’s operations and growth.
- A workspace where everyone is welcomed, heard, and valued.
