Your Next Destination – Lawpilots
Are you ready to lead a greenfield product with executive sponsorship and real business impact? At lawpilots, we're reinventing digital learning experiences to empower compliance through smart technology. Join us in shaping our Integrated Content Pipeline, a key component that bridges authoring, localization, publishing and tracking. We're looking for a sharp, driven and technically literate Product Manager (all genders) who can turn complexity into clarity, data into decisions, and collaboration into momentum.
Ready For Take-Off – Your Mission
- In your role as Product Manager, you will work directly with Gavin Cook our Strategic Product Developer, our Learning Experience Designers and a cross functional team of Engineers, Designers and QA.
- You own the roadmap for our Integrated Content Pipeline in line with our business objectives, key stakeholders and our product life cycle (PLC).
- You dive deep with our learning experience designers and legal experts to understand jobs-to-be-done, regulatory nuances and workflows and turn those insights into actionable deliverables.
- Together with engineering and design, you define problem spaces, solution architectures and acceptance criteria, always balancing speed, UX, scalability and data integrity.
- You drive the integration of authoring, localisation and publishing tools through streamlined workflow management and API’s.
- With a hands-on mindset, you instrument the platform for observability, usage tracking, production KPIs, error budgets and A/B testing, transforming that data into insights for continuous improvements.
- It’s your responsibility to facilitate key stakeholder rituals such as opportunity framing, alignment sessions, requirements gathering and GTM planning. Ensuring engineers and stakeholders alike have clarity while driving measurable efficiency and quality gains for our Content Team.
What You Bring On Board - Your Profile
- You bring at least 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ed-tech or internal tooling with demonstrable impact across multiple user personas.
- You have a solid technical foundation (e.g. REST APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms, ML Models), enough to challenge assumptions, contribute to solutioning and assess architectural trade-offs.
- Your toolbox includes agile methodologies, dual-track discovery/delivery and data-based prioritization frameworks.
- You shine through strong stakeholder management, clear communication and strategic thinking across departments.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and embraces ownership.
- It’s a plus if you bring experience in content platforms, workflow tools or e-learning ecosystems.
- English fluency required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
