Join Grundfos in a key role where you will lead the global product strategy for our High-Pressure Booster Module pumps—critical solutions in water treatment and desalination systems worldwide.

Drive a product range that delivers clean water
You will be part of a passionate, cross-functional team driving the success of our multistage pumps, motors, and drives. As Global Product Manager, you will align strategy and execution across Business Development, Application Management, Group Service, Supply Chain, and Global Sales.

A truly global role
You will own the full product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—ensuring our high-pressure pump solutions remain competitive, innovative, and sustainable. Expect collaboration across continents and up to 20–30 travel days per year.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Driving commercial success and global competitiveness of your product range
• Developing and executing global product strategies and KPIs
• Partnering with Sales and Service to ensure market fit and customer value
• Leading business cases and product development initiatives
• Managing complexity reduction and cost optimization projects
• You background
• We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and ready to lead. You might be early in your leadership journey or already experienced—what matters most is your drive to make a difference.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• A degree in engineering (Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Marine Engineering)
• Experience balancing business priorities with user needs
• Leadership experience in a global matrix organization
• Industry knowledge in water treatment, filtration, or reverse osmosis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Bonus: Experience in or certification in project management
