- Researching and identifying new potential customers through prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.);
- Managing and qualifying leads generated by marketing and outbound activities, assessing the real interest and needs of prospects;
- Scheduling and organizing appointments for the sales team (Account Executives), facilitating the handover of qualified leads;
- Mapping target companies and gathering key information about decision-makers and business processes;
- Managing the CRM: constantly updating activities, interactions, and lead status;
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality;
- Participating in trade fairs, events, and webinars to expand the network and generate new business opportunities;
- Monitoring activity and result KPIs, with regular reporting to the relevant manager.
- Experience, even brief, in sales or business development roles (SDR, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, etc.), preferably in the software or logistics sector;
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and determination to achieve goals;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing priorities;
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and Microsoft 365;
- Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge English;
- Precision, attention to detail, and active listening skills.
