Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Trading Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring and continuously enhancing the quality, efficiency, and consistency of operations across the Back Office and Dealing teams. This role goes beyond monitoring—it focuses on identifying gaps, improving systems, automating workflows, and standardizing procedures to support scalable, high-quality service delivery.
Working closely with the Dealing, TSE and Product & Partnership teams, the analyst ensures seamless collaboration across departments, timely resolution of operational issues, and alignment on new product launches or client offerings.
The analyst plays a key role in:
- Evaluating and improving daily tasks, internal policies, and workflows
- Enhancing automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Maintaining accurate documentation of offers, procedures, and system logic
- Providing structured reporting on KPIs and root cause analysis
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions that elevate internal service quality and client experience
Through data-driven analysis and process ownership, the Trading Quality Analyst contributes directly to improving operational performance, client satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment.
Main Activities And Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational workflows across MT4/MT5, bridges, plugins, symbols, and reporting tools
- Perform random daily ticket checks for Backoffice teams, scoring each task against accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Document SOPs, workflows, and corrective actions, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Generate reports on back-office operations' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Set quality standards for new products and campaigns, ensure a smooth launch, and document any issues for future improvements
- Ensure accurate and well-documented IB offers, policies and procedures shared promptly with relevant departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of these offers in terms of customer satisfaction and company interests. Set and uphold standards for the quality of offer documentation
- Evaluate current back-office processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Prepare and distribute regular quality assurance reports, including findings, metrics, and recommendations
- Verify that the daily, weekly, and monthly workflow processes are accurate
- Reconcile discrepancies between trading systems and financial records
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards
- Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in brokerage/trading operations with strong MT4/MT5 expertise
- Knowledge of bridges (OneZero, Centroid, FXcubic) and APIs
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or Dealing operations oversight
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong analytical skills, able to detect systemic risks and trends
- Proficiency in ticketing systems, Excel/BI dashboards
- Skilled in SOP writing, process mapping, and structured reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
