What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise data warehouse migration to cloud. This role is critical in driving adoption, minimising disruption, and ensuring smooth transition across business and technology teams.
What You’Ll Do:
- Own and deliver the change management plan for the program.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments; manage stakeholder engagement.
- Build and run communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Partner closely with program leadership, architects, and SMEs to embed change into delivery.
- Track and report change progress, risks, and adoption metrics.
What You Bring:
- Strong background (10+ years) in enterprise change management on large programs.
- Experience leading change on data, platform, or cloud migration initiatives (Snowflake / AWS / Azure / GCP a plus).
- Proven ability to work across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in PROSCI / ADKAR / Kotter or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of driving adoption at scale.
