What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise data warehouse migration to cloud. This role is critical in driving adoption, minimising disruption, and ensuring smooth transition across business and technology teams. 

What You’Ll Do:

• Own and deliver the change management plan for the program. 
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments; manage stakeholder engagement. 
• Build and run communications, training, and adoption activities. 
• Partner closely with program leadership, architects, and SMEs to embed change into delivery. 
• Track and report change progress, risks, and adoption metrics. 

What You Bring:

• Strong background (10+ years) in enterprise change management on large programs. 
• Experience leading change on data, platform, or cloud migration initiatives (Snowflake / AWS / Azure / GCP a plus). 
• Proven ability to work across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders. 
• Skilled in PROSCI / ADKAR / Kotter or similar frameworks. 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of driving adoption at scale.
