Your New Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain wafer sort equipment, with a specific focus on TEL Precio Octo and TEL WDF 12DP+ Wafer Probers.
• Work with cross functional team on Wafer Sort Equipment installation and qualification.
• Provide technical support to operators and technicians, offering guidance and expertise to resolve equipment-related challenges. 
• Timely reporting of Wafer Sort equipment engineering KPI and generation of improvement plans to support KPI's
• Perform calibration of wafer sort equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance task and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Utilizes advanced processes, systems and equipment to  resolve the most complex issues.  
• Focuses on continuous improvement, streamlines departmental programs/processes, considers impact to internal and external customers or suppliers.
• Works with a high degree of independence and initiative, determines best methods and procedures to complete the most complex assignments. 

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
• With 3-5 years’ experience in Wafer Sort Equipment Engineering specifically on TEL and Electro glass probers
• Expert on TEL Precio Octo, TEL WDF12DP+ and Electro glass wafer probers.
• Experience in wafer sort equipment engineering and project innovation to improve quality and efficiency
